Special Project Coordinator

ISI special project Coordinator will work with employees and supervisors on-site to process and record valuable experience and information critical to your operation. We can then assist you with or develop documents and procedures valuable to the preventions of accidents and critical during incident or accident investigations. Correct documentation of current or new processes may save thousands of dollars in fines, legal fees and possibly some one’s life. Personnel not following procedures have ended in the tragic deaths of several utility company employees in the last three years.       Our coordinators can also assist you with evaluating Substation equipment and tools as well.

 

Training Instructor

Just received a new piece of equipment or device and need to get employees educated for a day or two? Need an Instructor to assist with an apprentice class or in evaluating new employees? Or a maintenance or safety class? ISI will assist you with a plan or program to get the job done. Our instructors are knowledgeable in the latest training methods and media as well as the latest Federal regulations (OSHA, NFPA, and NESC). We are competent in training issues such as documentation, best use of resources and time, acquiring training equipment and scheduling.
