Programs can include- safety manuals, written safety program, on-site training with options for safety conference/ tailboard meeting, OSHA 10/30 Hr. certificates.  These programs will save companies money on insurance premiums.

 

FALL PROTECTION

OSHA regulations require you to be secured from falling.  Learn the correct way to assess the hazards and apply the correct fall protection. Exceeds OSHA 1926 Subpart M

 

ELECTRICAL SAFETY

AERIAL DEVICE TRAINING

Update your training and documents on your Aerial devices -Bucket trucks, Mobile platforms, Scissor lifts etc. This is a comprehensive program that covers many aerial devices used in the construction industry.  (Requires- aerial device, site to operate equipment and aerial device manual.) Exceeds OSHA 1926 Subpart L and 1910 Subpart F

 

SCAFFOLDING SAFETY & INSPECTION  

Learn scaffold building basics, how to recognize common hazards and OSHA requirements for training, construction and fall protection. Exceeds OSHA 1926 Subpart L

SCISSOR LIFT TRAINING

Scissor lift- Learn the fundamentals and safety requirements for operating a scissor lift.

 

POWERED INDUSTRIAL TRUCK TRAINING  (Forklift, order picker, powered pallet jack)

Reduce the risk of forklift accidents by letting ISI train your employees. The program consists of classroom training and field evaluation as per OSHA (4-8 Hrs.). (Requires- forklift, site to operate equipment and Lift truck manual.) (Includes 1910.178)

 

MACHINE LOCK OUT – TAG OUT

Lock-out Tag-out is one of the most important parts of working on equipment.   It only takes a few minutes to apply; yet employees are still killed daily.  ISI can help you prevent your employees from becoming one of these statistics.  Exceeds OSHA 1910.147

 

CONFINED SPACE ENTRY- PERMIT REQUIRED

A new requirement for the construction industry (OSHA August 2015 1926.1200) A high percentage of Confined space accidents occur because of very little or no training of employees.  These employees usually react to a situation instead of thinking of the consequences. Confined space education requires hands-on and classroom training. ISI’s program includes- Hazard recognition, Dangers of permit-required spaces, rescue pre-planning and training, proper use of safety and rescue equipment. Exceeds OSHA 1910.1200
